Delivery Factory
Built once, stamped for you. This is the point of the whole thing: it isn't a one-off. The Banister is a factory for standing up governed teams — every engagement reuses the same spine instead of rebuilding it from scratch.
We fit to you — we don't change you
This is the opposite of a methodology you have to adopt. You don't need to already be "agile," you don't need a perfect board, you don't need your house in order first. We come to your process and your teams — one project at a time — find the best of how you already work, and fit to it. We're not here to change you. We're here to follow your best, and help the things that need help.
It learns you before it works for you
A stamped team is generic until it knows your world. Onboarding teaches the Banister who you are — your company and its history, who owns what, your goals, and how your organization actually decides — so it reasons in your context, not a vacuum. Your existing docs and playbooks become its knowledge base, so nothing it tells you is ungrounded and every answer carries its source, and it inherits your institutional memory instead of starting blind.
Then it works where you already work
The day-to-day is the real payoff: the Banister is designed to work in the tools your team already lives in, so you never go somewhere new to use it. It keeps your board current, connects where your decisions and requests actually happen, and runs the cadence — chasing what's owed and surfacing anything off-track to a human. It stays in your world, not a separate one.
How a Banister is stamped
- One substrate, partitioned for you. A shared backbone, split on the tenant line wherever your data boundary requires it. Your Banister gets its own subdomain, its own resource group, its own database.
- Your engagement is a Banister. Stamp the template, provision your isolated infrastructure, assign a guild-face persona, and you have a running team with the whole governance, execution, and knowledge stack already wired — in days, not quarters.
What your Banister ingests
A stamped team is generic until it knows your world. Onboarding a Banister is an ingestion: it takes in who you are so it reasons in your context, not a vacuum.
- Your company. Its history, your team and who owns what, and your goals — the shape of the organization the Banister is joining.
- Your documentation. Your existing docs, specs, and playbooks become the Banister's governed, provenance-tracked knowledge base (Layer 4) — so nothing it tells you is ungrounded, and every answer carries its source.
- Your decision provenance. We help you reconstruct how your organization actually decides — from where decisions really live: Slack, meeting transcripts, and email — so the Banister inherits your institutional memory instead of starting blind.
Prep once, then it integrates
That ingestion is a one-time prep, done at onboarding. From there the day-to-day is different: the Banister is designed to work in the tools your team already lives in, so you never go somewhere new to use it.
- Your board. It reads and writes your Jira or your own board through structured integration — keeping the work current where you already track it.
- Your conversations. The places decisions and requests actually happen — Slack, meeting transcripts, and email — are where the Banister connects to your world (the same sources it reconstructs your decision history from at prep time).
- Your cadence. It runs the sprints, chases what's owed, and surfaces anything off-track to a human — an ongoing rhythm, not a one-off deliverable.
One-time prep gives it your context; the ongoing interaction keeps it in your world, not a separate one.
